Salmone in Crosta
Salmon baked in puff pastry, served with mushroom pâté, shallot cream sauce, and potato gratin.

Costata Al Pepe Verde
Grilled rib-eye steak with a green peppercorn cream sauce, served with seasonal vegetables and roasted potatoes

Crespelle ai Funghi/Spinaci
Baked crêpes filled with mushroom, ricotta, and spinach, and served with side salad

Dessert

Your choice of one of the following:

Tiramisu
Layered cake with ladyfingers soaked in espresso coffee, mascarpone cream, bitter cocoa powder, and Amaretto liqueur

Crème Brulée
Classic custard infused with bourbon vanilla, slowly baked with berries, and finished with a delicate sugar glaze
